SFBC Powerlifting Team

Team work makes the dream work!  The SFBC Team meets weekly to train together.  It is a great way to meet new people who share the same goals as you.  You can ask questions, work on technique and have a great time.  We have team members who are brand new to powerlifting as well as those who have competed before.
